All the sweets of the Sicilian confectionery are made in the courses: from almond cakes, of which the lady is maestro, to cannoli, cassata and all that the Sicilian pastry offers.
 
This course includes pastoral lessons of 4 hours, from 9.00 am to 2.30 pm
