At the gastronomy courses you can cook: sformati, saghi (especially the pesto to the trapanese), knead pasta (in particular the busiate, typical pasta Trapanese) and everything that is part of the Sicilian gastronomy.

This course includes typical Sicilian cooking classes and lunch or lacena prepared by the participants themselve
